Bloom - Ireland's largest gardening, food and family event, takes place in the Phoenix Park Dublin every June bank Holiday weekend. With something for everyone, visitors to Bloom 2012 will enjoy live cookery and craft demonstrations, free gardening advice / workshops and kids go free! At 2012's event, the Brasserie Restaurants at Bewley’s Hotels sponsored one of the gardens which combined the artisitic direction from Gold Medal Winner Gary Hanaphy with the relaxed and informal dining atmosphere of The Brasserie's at Bewley's Hotels. This garden was named 'Table For 4' and won a Gold Medal. Congratulations to the winners of the 'Table for 4' competition over the weekend: Ruth Rock Anna Hannigan John Taylor
‘Table for 4’ garden involves al fresco dining and entertaining in a plush, luxury setting, where the colour palette of varying shades of green has the therapeutic effect of allowing guests to relax, de-stress and thoroughly enjoy their dining experience. Congratulations to Aine Hopkins who was the lucky winner of the Bewley's Hotels Bloom competition which includes: A 2 night break away for 2 people, including full Irish breakfast and one evening meal on an evening of your choice in any of the Bewley's Hotels.
