Kitchen at Moran & Bewleys Hotels
In 2010 Irish owned Moran & Bewley’s Hotels launched 'Kitchen', a food concept aimed at providing a range of dining options for diners concerned about food provenance and the impact their food choices have on the environment.

Food provenance and the support of Irish business has never been more important and so 'Kitchen' continues to be a very strong focus of our business. We endeavour to source our produce nationally. We offer a choice of sustainable fish dishes, our eggs are all Irish and free-range and all our meats and where possible our fruit and vegetables come from Irish farms.
