  1. What are your room rates?

    The room prices quoted may vary according to season, day of the week and for special events. Prices quoted include VAT and service charges. There are special deals and weekend specials available.

  2. How far away is Leeds city centre?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds is a 10 minute walk from Leeds city centre, along one straight road from the railway Station. Follow Neville street south, then the A653 Victoria road.

    By car the city centre is less than 5 minutes. For directions please see the location page.

  3. Do you have secure car parking?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds has 160 secure car parking spaces all protected by CCTV. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. It is not possible to reserve a space. Read More.

    The charge is £10 per night or for nonresidents £1.50 per hour (not exceeding £10 per day).

  4. Do your room rates include breakfast?

    At Bewleys Hotel Leeds one price for every room, every night does not include breakfast. A self-service buffet breakfast is available in the restaurant for £8.95 per adult, £5.95 per child.

  5. Are you open over Christmas?

    We are closed at noon on 24th December and re-opening at midday on 29th December.

  6. What are the hotel business facilities?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds offers first class board meeting/training rooms catering for up to 22 delegates.

    Each room benefits from natural daylight and includes the following:

  7. What are your dining arrangements?

    The Brasserie Restaurant at Bewleys Hotel Leeds is a large open plan restaurant which is open for both breakfast and dinner. Light snacks are also served throughout the day in the lounge.

    Breakfast is served:
    06:30 until 10:00 Monday to Friday
    06:30 until 11:00 Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays

    Dinner is served:
    17:00 until 22:00 Monday to Saturday

    We advise you to pre-book to avoid disappointment.

  8. Do you provide safety deposit boxes?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds provide an in-room safe in all bedrooms.

  9. Do you have any leisure facilities?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds refer guests to the Esporta at The Light complex in Leeds city centre, approximately ten to fifteen minutes walk from the hotel.

    Hotel guests are entitled to a special rate of £5.00

  10. Can I make dinner reservations?

    Advanced dinner reservations are made by mailing or by telephoning the hotel directly on + 44 (0) 113 234 2340.

  11. Do you offer room service?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds offer a selective room service menu between 10:00 am and 22:30 daily.

  12. Do you cater for asthmatic guests?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds provide goose feather duvets which are specially treated for asthmatic guests, polyester duvets are available on request. All pillows are made from Polyester.

  13. Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

    Bewleys Hotel Leeds is designed to be wheelchair accessible. There is easy access to all public areas of the hotel including the lifts, Brasserie and Lounge.

  1. How do I book rooms online?
    The room prices quoted may vary according to season, day of the week and for special events. Prices quoted include VAT and service charges. Rooms are subject to availability. NOTE: Your credit card IS NOT charged at this time Unless you have chosen a pay and save rate.
  2. How many guests are allowed per room?

    Bewleys Hotels permit 2 adults per room. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 children under 12 years of age.

  3. Do you provide Internet access?

    Bewleys Hotels offers FREE Wireless Internet access in all meeting rooms and public areas of the hotel. To connect to the Internet guests require a wireless enabled laptop.

    Wireless internet is available in guest bedrooms at the following locations; Bewley's Hotel Newlands Cross, Bewley's Hotel Dublin Airport, Bewley's Hotel Ballsbridge and Bewley's Hotel Manchester Airport.  For Bewley's Hotel Leopardstown and Bewley's Hotel Leeds.

    FREE Broadband Internet is provided to all hotel bedrooms via a Local Area Network. Hotel guests require a standard PC network card with RJ45 network cable.

    Wireless network bridges and RJ45 cables are provided by reception subject to availability.

  4. When do you charge my credit card?

    When you book online your credit card details are used only to guarantee your reservation. No charge is made until you check out of the hotel. Unless you have chosen a pay and save rate.

    Should you cancel your reservation after 14:00 (local time) on the day of your arrival, or if you fail to arrive and do not have a valid cancellation reference, Bewleys Hotels reserve the right to charge your credit card.

    On check in a pre-authorisation is required of €/£150 per night. All Debit Card payments will be processed on check in. The Hotel reserves the right to request photo identification.


  5. Do bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms?

    All hotel rooms have a WC, wash hand basin and either a bath or a shower.

  6. What bedroom facilities are provided?

    All hotel rooms are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board & trouser-press, modem point, FREE Broadband Internet Access, telephone with voice mail, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and an express check-out facility.

  7. How do I cancel or change a reservation?

    When you book online a confirmation email will be sent to you. To cancel your booking please click on the link in this email. Should you wish to change your reservation please contact our reservations department in the hotel.

  8. Are children welcome?

    Children are more than welcome at all Bewleys Hotels. We pride ourselves on being a family orientated hotel group.

    Up to two children under 12 may stay when sharing their parent’s room for a supplement of €10.

    Our pricing helps to keep costs realistic for families.  A children’s menu is available in the restaurant.

  9. Can I book interconnecting/adjacent rooms?

    All Bewleys hotels have a selection of interconnecting rooms. To request adjacent rooms please use the 'comments' box at the bottom of the online booking form.

  10. Will I be required to have ID and / or leave a deposit on Check-in?

    Please note a credit card guarantee will be requested on check-in. In the event of a guest not possessing a credit card Bewley’s Hotels reserve the right to request a security deposit of €/£50 per day - this deposit is required to cover any incidentals during the stay and will be returned on check out if unused. Where a cash deposit is given ID is required at check in i.e. a valid Passport or Drivers Licence.
