hotel was lovely and clean staff very helpful would defo stay again good value for money

Hotel was lovely. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and had everything you would expect. Would definitely stay again if in leeds again.

The room was excellent - clean and spacious with comfortable double bed. Bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms were good at breakfast - but black pudding was dry and tasteless, sausages were tasteless and hash browns were cold. £55 rate for double room and breakfast for two was good value overall.

The rooms were clean & the beds were comfortable the staff were polite & efficient. Overall very pleased with the Hotel & I would return when visiting Leeds again.

Breakfast was disappointing. The bacon was undercooked, sausages were lukewarm and pastries had clearly been stored in a fridge which made them hard. The room was exceptionally clean unfortunately we were given a family room for two people which meant the room contained a double bed a single and a made up double sofa bed which restricted our space.

Everything great. Nice hotel, perfect room and great food.

Enjoyed the stay and will do so again. 2 minor points, rooms were very hot at night and one lift was not working so at busy times was a little inconvienent. Big plus points, the room bed and size, the £40 offer for the Friday night. Staff helpful and the breakfeast very nice. As I said earlier I/ we will return again. Regards Keith
