How do I book rooms online?
The room prices quoted may vary according to season, day of the week and for special events. Prices quoted include VAT and service charges. Rooms are subject to availability. NOTE: Your credit card IS NOT charged at this time Unless you have chosen a pay and save rate.How many guests are allowed per room?
Bewleys Hotels permit 2 adults per room. Family rooms can accommodate up to 3 children under 12 years of age.
Children stay free of charge (room only) when sharing their parents room.
Do you provide Internet access?
Bewleys Hotels offers FREE Wireless Internet access in all meeting rooms and public areas of the hotel. To connect to the Internet guests require a wireless enabled laptop.
FREE Broadband Internet is provided to all hotel bedrooms via a Local Area Network. Hotel guests require a standard PC network card with RJ45 network cable.
Wireless network bridges and RJ45 cables are provided by reception subject to availability.
When do you charge my credit card?
When you book online your credit card details are used only to guarantee your reservation. No charge is made until you check out of the hotel. Unless you have chosen a pay and save rate.
Should you cancel your reservation after 14:00 (local time) on the day of your arrival, or if you fail to arrive and do not have a valid cancellation reference, Bewleys Hotels reserve the right to charge your credit card.
On check in a pre-authorisation is required of €/£150 per night. All Debit Card payments will be processed on check in. The Hotel reserves the right to request photo identification.Do bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms?
All hotel rooms have a WC, wash hand basin and either a bath or a shower.
What bedroom facilities are provided?
All hotel rooms are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board & trouser-press, modem point, FREE Broadband Internet Access, telephone with voice mail, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and an express check-out facility.
How do I cancel or change a reservation?
When you book online a confirmation email will be sent to you. To cancel your booking please click on the link in this email. Should you wish to change your reservation please contact our reservations department in the hotel.
Are children welcome?
Children are more than welcome at all Bewleys Hotels. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented hotel group.
Up to three children under 12 may stay when sharing their parents room. A supplement of €10 per child is charged when children share their parents room.
Our breakfast pricing helps to keep costs realistic for families. A children's menu is also available in the restaurant.
Can you arrange baby-sitters?
Bewley’s Hotels are happy to arrange a baby-sitter for you although we do require 48 hours notice and it is not always guaranteed.
Can I book interconnecting/adjacent rooms?
All Bewleys hotels have a selection of interconnecting rooms. To request adjacent rooms please use the 'comments' box at the bottom of the online booking form.
Will I be required to have ID and / or leave a deposit on Check-in?
Please note a credit card guarantee will be requested on check-in. In the event of a guest not possessing a credit card Bewley’s Hotels reserve the right to request a security deposit of €/£50 per day - this deposit is required to cover any incidentals during the stay and will be returned on check out if unused. Where a cash deposit is given ID is required at check in i.e. a valid Passport or Drivers License.

Do your room rates include breakfast?
Bewley’s Hotel Leopardstown offer a B&B and a room-only rate which does not include breakfast. A full Irish breakfast is available in The Brasserie at the hotel for €10.00. Itemised pricing is also available.

How far away is Dublin city centre?
Bewleys Hotel Leopardstown is a 20 minute drive from Dublin city centre. The hotel can also be accessed by Aircoach direct from Dublin Airport, by Dublin bus, or by the LUAS (Dublin Tram System).
The closest tram station to Bewleys Hotel Leopardstown is Sandyford.
Are you open over Christmas?
Bewley’s Hotel Leopardstown closes after breakfast on the 20th December and reopens on the morning of the 26th at 12 noon in time for the Leopardstown races.
Do you have car parking?
Yes Bewleys Hotel Leopardstown has ample car parking, charged at 1euro per hour and special residential rate of 8 euro overnight.
NOTE: Cars are left at owners risk.

Bewleys Hotel Leopardstown is fully serviced by Aircoach, which runs from Dublin Airport every 20 minutes. Tickets can be purchased on the coach or online at aircoach.ie.
Bewleys Hotel Leopardstown and Bewleys Hotel Ballsbridge are both serviced by Aircoach. Please confirm the destination with the driver before departing.

The Brasserie at Bewleys Hotel Leopardstown is a large open plan restaurant open for self-service breakfast, carvery lunch and A La Carte dinner. Light snacks are also served throughout the day in the lounge.
