  1. What are your room rates?

    The room prices quoted may vary according to season, day of the week and for special events. Prices quoted include VAT and service charges.

  2. How close is Manchester city centre?

    Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport is a 20 minute drive from the city centre. The hotel offers direct access to rail, coach and motorway routes.

  3. Do your room rates include breakfast?

    Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport's room rate does not include breakfast.

  4. Do you have secure car parking?

    Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport has 350 secure car parking spaces.

  6. Do you offer an airport transfer service?

    Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport offer transport to all 3 terminals and the rail station. This service runs 24 hours.

    To call for transport from these locations, please dial 3090 from any of the blue or white courtesy phones. Please state your name and arrival terminal. Please ensure you have cleared customs with your luggage before calling.

    Please book transport to the airport/rail station on arrival.

  7. Can you walk from the airport terminals or rail station?

    If you are arriving at T1 or the Rail Station the hotel appears visibly closer, however, there is no pedestrian crossing across the busy dual carriageway and the road layout is not conducive to a safe walk. We are working with Manchester Airport to get the internal ‘hotel pedestrian walkway’ signage made clearer. In the interim we recommend first time visitors to call for our complimentary shuttle using the airport courtesy phones and dialling ‘3090’

    If you arrive at T2 this is a good 15 minutes walk through the airport and we strongly recommend you call for our shuttle.

    From T3 exit the main doors and turn left following through the walkway signed T1, T2 station. Continue along this path when the walkway goes under the office block then turn right walking in front of Olympic House and follow the signs for ‘hotels’ walkway.

  8. What are the hotel business facilities?

    Breakfast is available:
    05:00 to 10:00 Monday to Friday
    05:00 to 11:00 Saturday and Sunday

    Dinner is served:
    18:00 to 22:00 Daily

    We advise you to pre-book to avoid disappointment.

    A selection of sandwiches and light snacks are served daily in the Lounge from 10:00 until 23:30.

    The licensed bar closes at midnight, thereafter you may purchase drinks from a vending machine on the ground floor.

  13. Do you have any leisure facilities?

    Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport has a public bar and restaurant.

    We have a fully air conditioned mini-gym which offers treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bike, weights and fitness balls. This facility is free of charge to all residents over the age of 16 years old. Opening times are 05.00 - 23.00 seven days a week.

  15. Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

    Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport is designed to be wheelchair accessible. There is easy access to all public areas of the hotel including the lifts, Brasserie and Lounge. We hold a mobility 2 status.

    Bewley's Hotel Manchester Airport offer a 24 hour selective room service menu daily.

  17. What are the check-in/out times?

    Check in time is from 14:00. If you arrive earlier we are happy to store your luggage.

    Check out time is 12:00 noon. If you require late departure please notify reception on arrival. Late check out options are available at a cost of £10 per hour.

  18. Do you provide computers for use by guests?

    Two computers and a printer are set up in the lobby on a pay-as-you-use basis.

  19. Are children welcome?

    Children are more than welcome at all Bewleys Hotels. We pride ourselves on being a family orientated hotel group.

    Up to two children under 16 may stay when sharing their parent’s room for a supplement of £10.

    Our pricing helps to keep costs realistic for families.  A children’s menu is available in the restaurant and ‘kids eat free’ between 6.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. when accompanied by an adult purchasing a full main course.

  20. How many guests are allowed per room?

    Bewleys Hotels permit 2 adults per room. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 children under 16 years of age.

  1. How do I book rooms online?

  2. How many guests are allowed per room?

    Bewleys Hotels permit 2 adults per room. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 children under 12 years of age.

  3. Do you provide Internet access?

    Bewleys Hotels offers FREE Wireless Internet access in all meeting rooms and public areas of the hotel. To connect to the Internet guests require a wireless enabled laptop.

    Wireless internet is available in guest bedrooms at the following locations; Bewley's Hotel Newlands Cross, Bewley's Hotel Dublin Airport, Bewley's Hotel Ballsbridge and Bewley's Hotel Manchester Airport.  For Bewley's Hotel Leopardstown and Bewley's Hotel Leeds.

    FREE Broadband Internet is provided to all hotel bedrooms via a Local Area Network. Hotel guests require a standard PC network card with RJ45 network cable.

    Wireless network bridges and RJ45 cables are provided by reception subject to availability.

  4. When do you charge my credit card?

    When you book online your credit card details are used only to guarantee your reservation. No charge is made until you check out of the hotel. Unless you have chosen a pay and save rate.

    Should you cancel your reservation after 14:00 (local time) on the day of your arrival, or if you fail to arrive and do not have a valid cancellation reference, Bewleys Hotels reserve the right to charge your credit card.

    On check in a pre-authorisation is required of €/£150 per night. All Debit Card payments will be processed on check in. The Hotel reserves the right to request photo identification.

     

  5. Do bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms?

    All hotel rooms have a WC, wash hand basin and either a bath or a shower.

  6. What bedroom facilities are provided?

    All hotel rooms are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board & trouser-press, modem point, FREE Broadband Internet Access, telephone with voice mail, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and an express check-out facility.

  7. How do I cancel or change a reservation?

    When you book online a confirmation email will be sent to you. To cancel your booking please click on the link in this email. Should you wish to change your reservation please contact our reservations department in the hotel.

    All Bewleys hotels have a selection of interconnecting rooms. To request adjacent rooms please use the 'comments' box at the bottom of the online booking form.

  10. Will I be required to have ID and / or leave a deposit on Check-in?

    Please note a credit card guarantee will be requested on check-in. In the event of a guest not possessing a credit card Bewley’s Hotels reserve the right to request a security deposit of €/£50 per day - this deposit is required to cover any incidentals during the stay and will be returned on check out if unused. Where a cash deposit is given ID is required at check in i.e. a valid Passport or Drivers Licence.
