The Brasserie at Bewleys Hotel is environmentally conscious and in order to reduce our carbon footprint we are committed to sourcing our ingredients locally wherever possible and using sustainable fish at all times.

Halls from Droylsden in Lancashire - All our beef products are aged in the traditional way for a minimum of 28 days and the cattle is sourced from Lancashire
Our fish is sourced from Sailbrand, a premium Fish supplier fom nearby Huddersfield, who is supplying us with only sustainable fish. We are using only British pollock for our in house Fish & Chips.
All of our A La Carte baked desserts are homemade
For our Cheese Boards we are only using cheese from nearby counties.
