Everything went like clockwork. We left our car for 2 weeks, stayed overnight and got transfer to and from the airport. Staff were pleasant, airport courtesy bus excellent, very prompt service, rooms very nice and clean. The only thing I think could be improved is breakfst times. We arrived early in the morning and needed to catch up on sleep as we still had a drive up to Scotland ahead of us, but brekfast was only served til 10 during the week.

very clen and quiet considreing how near airport is. we had a meal that was beautiful. the shuttle bus was very much on time overall a very comfortable night. would highly recommend

The hotel itself was fine, but getting to and from the station and the airport was ridiculously complicated for such a short distance, and made it impossible to contemplate going into Manchester for the evening before we flew out.

VERY COMFORTABLE QUIET ROOM. WE ENJOYED OUR MEAL IN THE RESTAURANT. THE TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT WAS EXCELLENT. WHAT MORE COULD WE ASK?

The pick up and drop off service to and from the train station and the terminal was very good. Service was prompt and the rooms were clean and confortable. Good value for money.

Excellent stay. reasonably priced, and good quality too! The 5am bus to the terminal building was really efficient, and the food in the restaurant in the evening was good quality and reasonably priced.

From start to finish, everything was good, except for long wait to check in. The resturant service was good and the food of very good standard. We will be back in September. Ken Jones

Apparently there is no practical, clearly marked way to walk from the terminal to the hotel without crossing busy highways and getting wet if it is raining. We had to call to find the bus stop for pickup.
Hotel's Response:
For security reasons Manchester Airport do not encourage foot passengers on the highways. Our courtesy transport runs 24 hours from all terminals and the rail station.

Large,clean airy room. No noise from airport. Very efficient free shuttle service. I will use this hotel every time I fly from manchester airport. Very good value for money

We were very satisfied with service provided. Check-in went smoothly and reception staff most helpful with information. Rooms were very adequate and clean. Shuttle bus service was good.

Good size rooms, family rooms could be better with split beds for children but otherwise of good quality and is value for money. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and tasted good.

We arrived at 11pm, quite tired and ready for bed really, staff were very professional, very quick and very helpful, room was excellent, great value for money, shuttle courtesy bus to and from terminal in the evening arrival and departure to airport was on time and free, would highly recomment this hotel

I will always stay at the Bewley whenever I fly from Manchester. it cannot be beaten on price, quality of food and cleanliness of rooms. the staff are friendly and efficient, transfers on time to both airport and station - an excellent hotel.

Excellent hotel for its purpose. Nice restaurant, nice bar, good atmosphere, clear and spacious room, great value for the money. Friendly staff. Small comments for improvement: The WiFi did not work in the room, only in the bar (probably the router needed to be reset), which was rather a nuisance. Also, I suggest you give instructions on how to walk to the hotel directly from the airport train station (this was not so obvious how to get across the double carriageway, as there are no signs or walking paths).

For security reasons Manchester Airport do not wish to encourage pedestrians hence no signage from the rail station. Our complimentary transport picks up from all 3 terminals and the rail station by request using the courtesy phones and dialling 3090. Thank you for your feedback.

After a long trip from Australia, the close proximity of Bewleys to the airport was very welcome. We were collected promptly after ringing the hotel. The room and all facilities were clean and staff attention good. It provided a welcome overnight stay and a hearty breakfast to continue on the second part of our journey.

Dear Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport Everything was just perfect; the room was first class and the staff very helpful and polite. Transport to and from the airport was the best we have ever had, on arrival at the airport within 10 minutes of calling you we were picked up and at the hotel and 5 minutes later we on the road home, very impressed and having tried other hotels nearby we will be staying with you from now on. My wife and I needed a hotel where I meet a colleague in transit and latter attend a board of examiners at Manchester University. Bewleys proved to be a home away from home and a comfortable venue where I could conduct business. Easy parking, well presented and a well served hotel and, although close to an airport, peaceful and an unrushed atmosphere. Yours Prof. Malcolm Armstrong.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Bewleys. This time the hotel was crowded but the staff remained calm and were very helpful. We were travelling with twins and required two cots in the room which they provided. The morning shuttle service to the airport worked very smoothly...would definitely stay again

This is always my first choice hotel when using Manchester airport purely because of the reasonable rates and the convenient location. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the hotel has a very good restaurant and bar, lounge area. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel operates a regular shuttle service to all airport terminals free of charge.

We had a first class overnight stay at Manchester Bewleys.We arrived late but reception were extremely helpful especially when i struggled on the internet !! The breakfast was excellent and sent us on our onward journey feeling great, thank you , regards Peter Anderson.

We were most comfortable, being welcomed efficiently by the staff at the front desk, cheerfully given directions to return our rental car, enjoying a lovely meal in the hotel pub, sleeping soundly in a comfortable bed, and delivered promptly at the airport for our flight. We will definitely stay with Bewley's again!

The room was a good size with sofa. Only thing missing was some body lotion and tissues. However for £55 I didn't expect to get any. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Ideal as a pre-flight staging point, from both an economic and a facilities standpoint. Clean and comfortable room, pleasant dining and refreshment facilities, and efficient service, with 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport, 2 minutes away.

Bewleys is handy for all Terminals at Manchester with an extremely reliable courtesy bus service which runs 24 hours a day. Our room was adequate and met all our needs. I would recommend Bewleys to anyone who wants a hassle free stay prior to or after your trip abroad.

This is first time we have stayed at an Airport Hotel and we are so glad we chose Bewleys. The rooms were so comfortable, the facilities second to none and a shuttle to the terminal in the early hours of the morning was a godsend. We used a stay and park package which was fantastic value for money. We have been traveling from Manchester Airport for the last ten year for our annual holiday and from now on our hoilday will include a stay at Bewleys Hotel.
