Airport offer transport to all 3 terminals and the rail station. This service runs 24 hours.
To call for transport from these locations, please dial 3090 from any of the blue courtesy phones. Please state your name and arrival terminal. Please ensure you have cleared customs with your luggage before calling.

Can you walk to the airport terminals?
Yes, terminal 1 and terminal 3 are both less
than 5 minutes walk. Terminal 2 is less than 15 minutes walk.

Select the hotel, check-in and check-out dates,
your preferred room type and the number of guests. A check will
then be made on the chosen hotel's reservation system.
NOTE: Due to demand, it may take a minute

Finally, enter your contact details and credit
card number on our secure web page to reserve your room.

Airport permit 2 adults per room. Family rooms also accommodate
up to 2 children under 16 years of age.
Children stay free of charge when sharing

provided by reception subject to availability.
When do you charge my credit card?
When you book online your credit card details
are used only to guarantee your reservation. No charge is made until
you check out of the hotel.
Should you cancel your reservation after 14:00
(local time) on the day of your arrival, or if you fail to arrive
and do not have a valid cancellation reference, Bewleys Hotels reserve
the right to charge your credit card.
What are the check-in/out times?
Check in time is from 14:00. If you arrive earlier
we are happy to store your luggage.
Check out time is 12:00 noon. If you require
late departure please notify reception on arrival.
Do you have express check-out?
Bewleys Hotels provide an express check-out
service for your convenience. On arrival in your
guest bedroom you will find a form hanging on the back of your
bedroom door. Please fill out the form the night before departure
and hang it outside your room by 2am. Our night team will deliver
your invoice to your room over night.
Are the bedrooms ensuite?
All hotel rooms have a WC, wash hand basin,
bath and shower.
What bedroom facilities are provided?
All hotel rooms are equipped with tea & coffee
making facilities, TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board & trouser-press,
modem point, FREE Broadband Internet Access, telephone with voice
mail, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and an express check-out
facility.
How do I cancel or change a reservation?
When you book online a reservation number is
issued and sent to you by email. To amend or cancel this reservation
please enter your booking reference and email address on our web
booking form. Your details will then be available for editing.
Are children welcome?
Children are more than welcome at all Bewleys
Hotels. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented hotel group.
Up to two children under 16 years of age may
stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents.
A children's menu is available in the evening.
