Terms and conditions

1. Accommodation reservations must be made online using your unique log in and password on www.bewleyshotels.com

2. The scheme applies to all six Bewley’s Hotels across Ireland and the UK as well as 4 Moran Hotels.

3. Points are earned on accommodation bookings only

4. A minimum of 10 points are required to redeem your gift vouchers

5. Points earned can be viewed online at any time

6. Points will not be awarded for cancelled bookings or non-arrivals

7. All bookings are subject to availability & standard booking terms & conditions

8. Points will be valid for 12 months from the date earned

9. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

10. If members are not permitted by their company to accept gifts personally Bewley’s hotels will be happy to arrange for the gifts to be supplied for use as spot prizes at company functions. Alternatively they can be donated to a charity of choice

11. Membership is at the discretion of Bewley’s Hotels and can be withdrawn at any time

12. Rewards will be delivered within 28 days of request

13. To qualify for points, all business must be pre-booked online

14. Points cannot be issued retrospectively for bookings made prior to your membership of the Corporate Rewards Programme

15. Points are restricted to bookings for accommodation at our standard published tariff and agreed corporate business rate (unless otherwise stated)

16. This corporate reward scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or special offer or corporate discount unless specified.
